Very unprofessional First time visiting Lisdoonvarna and myself and a friend thought it was a great idea to have food in The Ritz. We were very wrong. We walked in to the restaurant and the staff who were working were very rude and unprofessional for people who work in the hospitality sector. We ordered our food and the staff member who was taking the order was not very welcoming what so ever. Whilst waiting for our food there was other staff walking out of the kitchen eating food.
There was a customer who was left waiting for approx 15 mins to be served only I informed a waitress that he was waiting to be served I don’t know how long he would have waited. We finally got our food and the presentation certainly did not match to the name of the establishment. Whilst eating our food we witnessed a male staff member being rude to two ladies who were eating there food.
We went to pay for our food and were left standing whilst some members of staff stood chatting. A male member of staff came to the counter and he was then rude to my friend. This is not an establishment that I would recommend to any person travelling to Lisdoonvarna.
